We stayed for one night only (new years eve) and in the beginning I was a bit worried due to some of the reviews for this hotel. The owner gave us the keys for the rooms and I was pleased to find that our rooms were clean with fresh bedding and towels. Soap was provided. Showers had hot water and heating was on so the rooms were lovely and warm. Rooms came with fridge, satelite tv, microwave and kettle facilities. Furniture was old but the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. In fact we only came back to the hotel at 3 am and left at 10am so it did not matter so much. We felt safe and the area was quiet. it was a real bargain as well. I will reccomend this hotel as we had a positive experience.

We stayed in The Osborne for two nights over New Year. The Hotel is very clean with a pleasant background aroma. The sheets and towels were super clean cotton. The bed was very big, in fact too big almost filling the room. This was our only moan really, that the room was too cramped, it wasnt small and would have felt less cramped if it werent for the super size bed! It wasnt somewhere you would want to chill out in but we were staying only for the bed and the shower, which was great by the way. The hotel is a 2min walk from Acton Town underground station which only takes a max of 30 mins to centre of London. There is no reception as such but there was always someone in the "office" when we needed them and they were courtious and helpful. Overall, a great value for money place to stay with easy access to central London.

need to be improved in term of bedding (more blankets) only. overall a good hospitality reception and friendly service beside a very good location to spend the knight (quite place).

Nice, clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location - 2 minutes to Acton Town tube. No food or bar available but rooms come with a fridge and microwave and guests are able to come and go at any time of the day. Walk in shower was nice although it was hard to get a constant water temperature. I would definitely use the hotel again - good, basic value for money.

Accomodation was basic but clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. For a clean hotel on a budget then this is perfect. I would use again, note to owner, turn the heating down as it was far too hot!

i just needed a room + basics, at short-notice, and am budget-restricted.. was great, staff friendly and accommodating; room fine, good to have kettle/ingredients for drinks, and would have appreciated fridge/tv if stay was longer.. bed really comfortable and the shower was great.. not life-n-death stuff, but i was travelling a lot during the weekend, so these things were much appreciated.. the location is great for Richmond/Ealing/Heathrow directions..

Stayed at the hotel for business, wanted to find somewhere that wasn't expensive and was as close to work as possible. The Osborne Hotel ticked the boxes. Welcoming staff and a clean room - bit musty but clean! The area was quite rough in my opinion, didn't call home until I was safely in a local pub in case someone had an eye on my phone! Had a comfortable stay and a nice hot powerful showing in the morning before work. Will use this hotel again.

Visiting London on a weekend break with my partner. The weather was horrible so spent most of our time in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and had wifi and flat screen TV with a dvd player and loads of channels. The hotel doesn't have catering facilities but we were able to order takeaway delivery so were OK and shops are close by. The following day we were able to hop on the tube and go into town for shopping. Staff were always available to help! Thank you.

Good location -- near tube station and easily accessible by car.

Staff could have been more friendly: we arrived a bit early but were not allowed to check in early (or at least leave our bags at reception for 1 hr while our rooms were ready).

Perfect base for a white van man needing to work in West London. Great tube connection and I was able to leave my van in the car park for the duration of my stay thus saving a few quid on parking fees. Good Points: quiet, good hot shower, microwave, fridge, kettle and TV.

Great value for money and only a couple of minutes walk from Acton Town tube station which takes about 15 - 20 minutes right into town. The proprietors very kindly allowed us to park up early and leave the car until late on the day we left, meaning we could enjoy more of the weekend visit to London. It isn't very fancy but it provides a very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable base to sleep after spending all day sightseeing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean and great having fridge, kettle & microwave. Ideal overnight stay for our concert at Wembly Stadium minutes from tube station. Will use again in future.

Good customer service and value for money in London. Has its own carpark which is a bonus. Would stay again.

For the money and location it is good value for money. Bed very clean and comfortable. Shower excellent. Budget hotel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff. No breakfast facilities. I would stay again on business.

Our flight at Heathrow had been cancelled so we booked in for a night. Place is clean and quiet and we were able to get some much needed rest. Good location as close to tube and direct link to airport.

Very good customer service, staff very friendly, room was clean and big and overall just a great service. Very pleased with staff, always happy to help with everything I needed. I am glad I stayed here!

I had a pleasant stay at the Osborne Hotel. Staff were very courteous and made sure I was looked after. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and I found the location to be very convenient as it is only 2 minutes from the Underground.

I was looking for a place to stay for a couple of weeks in London as I was working in the city and needed something cost effective without compromising on the quality of the accommodation. Osborne Hotel has been a perfect choice being reasonably priced and being clean and tidy with added benefit of having fridges and microwaves, car parking and Wi-Fi.

Apart from not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi (which was due to my own laptop settings), I thought you were pretty kind in welcoming and also the cheapest in the area. I would sure come back if needing accommodation. Thanks for all, Best regards.

I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years. Its is very nicely located. I work one stop from Acton Town Station. The rooms are always kept clean, tidy and warm. Eshmael is always working hard and available to assist guests. All in all it's a very nice place to stay, even for just a few days.
