Warm and friendly welcome, checked into room very quickly and with no fuss. Cosy and clean room with adequate bathroom facilities. Although facing onto the main road the room was not effected by traffic noise. Ample breakfast, well cooked and we noticed that the kitchen was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed there many times over the last 6 or so months and found the welcome to be friendly, the rooms clean, well stocked and with everything a business traveller would need and the breakfast is excellent. Overall, a great value and comfortable place to stay with a friendly and helpful team!

My wife and I found the room comfortable and, despite being on a busy road, reasonably quiet thanks to the triple glazing. Cooked breakfast was very good but the unavailabity of anything in the way of bar snacks in the evening (not even a bag of crisps!!!) was a little bit of a disappointment. Overall though, we were more than happy with our one night stay

I really enjoyed staying here, the night before a business meeting. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and chatty. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and enjoyed it very much along with a cheery good morning welcome! The bed was comfy and the room quiet, despite being on the main road, and not too warm. One constructive comment would be that it would have been nice to turn the heated towel rail off in the bathroom - it seemed to be on all the time. But this did not detract from my overnight stay in a really welcoming and comfortable hotel, with a very reasonable price per night charge. Many thanks.

Good hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. My only complaints were that the bathroom was way too small for someone of my size and the shower was pathetic, otherwise very good.

The room was quite big and they offered both continental and British breakfast. Unfortunately I had a room facing the busy street so it was very noisy all night.

We used the hotel as a base for the weekend as a family wedding was nearby. The welcome was very warm. Plenty of parking made it easy for family to meet us there. The owner's recommendations led to a perfect evening at a nearby Italian restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was very good quality with a delicious mushroom omelette being made for one of our party. We had time to spare in the afternoon and made use of the lovely hotel garden. Our room was not large and the décor was slightly worn but the hotel was excellent value for money and in the ideal location for us. We would certainly recommend it.

simple but clean hotel, very good for a short visit to London. Short walk to the trainstation and you are in central London within 20minutes
Good english breakfast.
More bed&breakfast than hotel.
Very kind and friendly staff
Only negative issue was the smell of the kitchen in the morning that reached our room

We stayed at the hotel along with some friends as we were attending a 50th birthday party nearby. On arrival the staff were welcoming and helpful and when I asked what the time the bar opened I was told wherever you want to it - now thats service !!! The room was clean, well decorated and we have a loverly view out onto the gardens. Would recommend this hotel unreservedly.
