The Docklands area in East and South East London is a major business centre as well as an increasingly popular place to live.

The Docklands Light Railway (DLR), a fully-automated and driver-less train service linking Docklands with Canary Wharf and Greenwich, provides excellent access to the Docklands area and there is no better way of getting around some of the most interesting and attractive parts of London.

Carrying more than 33 million passengers, the DLR is one of the most complex light rail systems in the world and an enjoyable way of travelling around London on your visit. The modern Docklands area is constantly growing and developing and offers a selection of over fifty bars, cafes and restaurants and there is plenty to do in the area.
